The Ventura Winter Wine Walk is coming back to beautiful downtown Ventura on December 3, 2011 from 11am-8pm. The day will kick off with the Holiday Street Fair starting at 11am on the 400 and 500 block of Main Street with holiday vendors and live entertainment. This street fair and entertainment is free and open to the public starting at 11am.

At 4pm, the Ventura Winter Wine Walk gets started! The wine walk will showcase world class wineries in your favorite downtown businesses. Guests will receive 12 sampling tickets (good for (1) sample of wine up to 2 ounces). Each guest will also receive a map of the participating tasting sites in downtown Ventura. Each tasting site will have a designated area set up for wine walk guests along with entertainment and of course amazing wines!

As guests stroll down Main St. they will be surrounded with a winter holiday ambiance of live jazz and blues entertainment, beautiful lighting downtown and snow fall from 6:45-8pm.

RULES

You MUST be at least 21 to participate in the Wine Walk with a valid ID at check in.
If your ID is Expired you will not be able to participate in the Wine Walk.
NO refunds, Event will go on Rain or Shine.
NO cups or alcohol allowed outside of the tasting locations.
You can use a maximum of 2 sampling tickets per tasting location.
Wine Walk Check in time is between 3-6:30pm. All check in locations will CLOSE at 6:30pm. All guests must check in before 6:30pm at their assigned location, if you fail to do so, there will not be any refunds issued and you will not be able to participate in the Wine Walk.

No, the Street Fair is free for everyone of all ages.

Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets will be sold online at www.VenturaWinterWineWalk.com and at select local stores. There will be tickets sold at the door (If there are any left).

How much are tickets?
Tickets are $42

What is included in my general ticket?
A ticket for the Ventura Winter Wine Walk includes 12 sampling tickets to use at tasting locations throughout downtown. One ticket is good for one wine sample up to 2oz. You can use up to 2 sampling tickets per location.

What if I have a problem with my tickets, who do I call?
All ticket sales are through Ticket Derby, not through The Ventura Winter Wine Walk. If you have a problem with your tickets, contact Ticket Derby at 1.888.66.DERBY (33729) or visit their website at www.TicketDerby.com

FOOD

Will there be food available at the Winter Wine Walk?
Small bites will be available at select tasting locations.

**There will be artificial snow fall from 6:45-7:30pm.

All sales are final. VWWWW will go on rain or shine. You must be 21 year of age or older with a valid ID to participate in the VWWW. Giammanco Productions reserves the right to refuse service to anybody.

Below are three different check-in locations. Please purchase a ticket from the check-in location of your choice. All tickets are the same except for the VIP Ticket. The VIP ticket gets you access to the Wine Walk and to the official Wine Walk after party with Dr. M from 8pm-Midnight, hosted by Watermark on Main.

All sales are final, this is a rain or shine event. Each Wine Walk ticket includes 12 sampling tickets (each ticket is good for (1) sample of wine up to 2 oz. and a Ventura Wine Walk map with all the tasting site locations. Each Wine Walk guest can use up to two sampling tickets per tasting site. You must be 21 and over to participate in this event.

Tickets will be sold at the door only if the Wine Walk is Not Sold Out already. If your ticket does not indicate a check in location, please choose a check in location of your choice. Check in will start at 3:00pm and end at 6:30pm Sharp. If you fail to check in during check in times you will not be able to participate in the Wine Walk and no refunds will be issued.

ENTERTAINMENT

The Other Reindeer are professional costumed Christmas carolers based in Thousand Oaks who have a combined 113 years of singing experience. They are cheerful and interactive, and welcome song requests! The Other Reindeer have a repertoire of almost sixty songs, from traditional classic Christmas carols like "The First Noel" and "Little Drummer Boy" to contemporary holidays hits like Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas Is You," and Clay Aiken's "Mary, Did You Know," all performed in glorious four-part harmony. The Other Reindeer's great appreciation for quality "spirits" (past, present and future!) make them a perfect addition to this year's Ventura Winter Wine Walk.
